Skin care HELP! I am 23 years old and still get medium/bad acne.? I've been to the dermatologist several times but nothing has really worked, PLUS it's expensive to keep up the prescriptions and office visits (we are starving college students!) Looking for an inexpensive skin care regimen that gives results? I recently got a facial at a spa and apparently for a 25 year old, my skin is not in great shape. 32% of my face is affected by blemishes and hyperpigmentation and I also learned that I have very sensitive skin. According to the analysis, 65% of my skin has localized redness due to vascular damage. I also have a few blemishes on my shoulders, back and chest. The products suggested for my cleansing regimen were an organic cleanser, herbal toner, oil free moisturizer (all 3 Salon's personal brand); Also suggested was a line called Yon-Ka, with a redness diffusing lotion and a clay mask. All the products seemed fantastic but I didn't want to end up spending tons of money on products from the salon if there were comparable products out there at a cheaper price. If it's worth the money, then I will definitely buy salon products.. just wanted input first. Any suggestions?

Hair and skin problemo My hair is really thick, and there's a lot of it. I don't like using a lot of product or heat, so I'll list all my hair products: -4 brushes -1 comb - Bed Head TIGI After Party - Tousle Me Softly by Herbal Essences (doesn't work on my hair) -Fekkai glossing cream (Don't use it much) The only reason I use Tousle me Softly is because it smells soooo good, but it doesn't work very well on my hair. Whenever I put my hair up or something, rebellious wisps and strands of hair will fall out in like, 5 seconds. The only way I can get it is to keep my hair down. :/ And good ideas? Hair Care Q? HELP PLEASE!? Keep in mind that I do have highlighter hair. Would it be possible to shampoo in the shower, skip using the conditioner, but maybe use a spray conditioner before I brush my wet hair? Would that cause my hair to dry out too much? I can't find a perfect conditioner. pantene, fructos, and herbal essence makes my skin break out because its so oily. Tresume doesn't do anything for my hair, leaves it dry. Would it damage my hair to just use the spray in conditioner. What about just conditioning every 2 days? HELP?!
What is TALO? I am thinking of getting in to this thing... it's called ARBONNE. It's a newer company that sales skin care, make up and nutritional products that are all herbal and botanical. Since getting more information, I have heard that TALO is a common product in make-up and skin care products. Does anyone know any natural remedies for LUPUS and itchy skin.? I am 51 years of age and have taken antihistimines for the body itch for years. I was told that there is no care for this ailment. Right now the only symptoms appearing are skin rashes. The butterfly one, face, checks and above eyebrow. And I have this awful rash on my forearms. It is black and circular in appearance, the circles are small and can become raised. I Apply triamcinolone cream at least once a day to the rashes and it has improved. My bowl movements have changed in the last year and break up very easy in the toliet water. I take fiber for this. Any suggestions? Can you advise of herbal remedies or otherwise that work? I do not have health insurance so I am unable to get any test done by allopathic doctors or reg. doctors. The rashes had got so bad that I went to the emergency room and the doctor informed me that it looked very much like Lupus. Any advice would be appreciated. Thank you

Why am I just getting pimples at 17? I am a male and I have been through puberty without getting acne. Why is it just now rearing its ugly head!?!? I take care of my skin. I wash every morning and every night with Cetaphil and sleep with my hair out of my face. I rarely use hair product. The shampoo and conditioner i use is expensive paul mitchell so I dont think that is it. I eat healthy. I just don't understand. I tried proactiv and it didn't work. I used it religiously for two months. I am really stressed right now but there is nothing I can do about that! What do you think is the problem and what do you think is the solution?
